Duration: 2 Days
Through interaction with an experienced instructor and peers with diverse
backgrounds but similar goals, you will learn about project risk management and
how to apply best practices to your organization's problems. A wide variety of
learning tools makes learning the four risk management domains easy and logical.
With a simulated exam on the last day of class, you will leave class knowing you
are ready for the exam and the steps you need to take to get there.
In class, you will be guided through the Practice Standard for Risk
Management and parts of the PMBOK® Guide - Fourth Edition to develop a working
knowledge of project risk management. By examining the tools and techniques of
risk management and the relationships between risk and other processes, you will
be well prepared for the PMI-RMP certification exam.
