How do I pay for a class?
You can pay online at the time of registration using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and US Government credit cards. For credit card users, charges will be in the currency of the country where the class takes place and will be converted by your credit card company; Proven Imapact is not responsible for fluctuations due to exchange rates. Prepayment is required from students outside the U.S. and any applicable VAT will added to the training tuition.

What if I have training credits?
If you have credits with an SLA account, please contact your education account manager and they can assist you with enrolling for any class globally.
How do I enroll for a public enrollment course?
A global listing of our courses can be found on the Proven Impact website. You can register directly for the required course/location when you select your date and location and then "enroll". If you would like to pay with a PO or have any questions, please contact a Proven Impact education manager or can assist you.
How do I enroll my team for an onsite course?
All onsite training must be registered through a Proven Impact education manager to ensure that the classroom meets all requirements. If you would like a quote please complete the request a quote form or call Proven Impact at 888.459.6335
When does class start/end?
Most classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm. Bootcmaps typically run longer. Your training confirmation will have exact times for your training class.
What does my tuition include:
Tuition covers all course materials, refreshments, and your Certificate of Completion. Any travel, hotel, meals and parking expenses you may incur are not included.
