- Understanding of common networking terminology
- Experience with TCP/IP addressing and routing and Domain Name System (DNS) methodology

- Basic PC operation and application skills, including operating a CD drive, keyboard, mouse, and Windows OS
- Basic web browser operation skills (Internet Explorer is used in class)
